You have to remember that Evesham is currently going through a very tough time, they are on the verge of closing down if they unable find someone to take over the company.
There have been rumours of late linking TimeUK to be the ones to takeover the company but have recently come out into the spotlight claiming not to be interested in Evesham.

Currently none of the staff know where they stand within the company, most employees are currently looking for jobs elsewhere also. To show just how bad the situation is at Evesham, the Managing Director, Brad Walker resigned as well as the Finance Director Dave Hards, since then several other managers have also walked.

Please note also that when Evesham give you a replacement machine or laptop, it is a stock PC, 99% of the time one they do not sell anymore, often leads to the matter of which that when the stock pc has problems, its always return back to base depite what you warranty says.

You must have gotten something wrong, Stuart! That just can't be true! Look what they wrote on their website: "For over 23 years Evesham have been at the forefront of providing the latest technology for the home at the best value. As a major UK based computer manufacturer, the Evesham name is synonymous with quality and excellence in customer service and support. The company has won many customer and industry awards for its product design and reliability including overall ‘Best PC Manufacturer’ in the UK, ahead of many well known multi-national competitors." LMAO
