I think water cannon would be ideal, especially in this weather, in fact, if they used dye in the water, it would be easy to track down the naughty people too! Biofuel? I received an email yesterday telling me that biofuel crops will remove 10% of the worlds arable land if targets are met meaning we won't have enough crops to satisfy our needs. China has become a net importer of crops for the first time in modern history because they're using arable land for other purposes and because their new-found wealth has changed their diet from cereal to meat protein and it takes 16lbs of cereal and 10 times as much water to produce 1lb of meat. There are so many problems affecting the world but only the taxable ones are of interest to governments. Over a pound a litre now. Biofuel?
