How different are the respective parliments? I mean how different are the welsh, irish and scottish parliments from west minster? Westminster seems hell bent on screwing things up but i cant see why, except to maybe get 8 years in opposition and some peacev and quiet? All the sub parliments seem to be doing 'good' things, in a minor way but everything westminster touches, turns to shit, there must be something to it, I remember Major era tories imploding in an equally spectacular way. i wonder…..
