Left Wing think tank, Unlock Democracy, recently ran a survey on what should go in a replacement Magna Carta. They didn’t want to know if people wanted a replacement Magna Carta of course because their raison d’être is to push for a new constitution written in a single document.
The thing is, we don’t need a new Magna Carta. All we need is for Magna Carta, Habeas Corpus, the Bill of Rights and the other constitutional laws – the European Communities Act excepted, obviously – to be upheld by judges rather than dismissed out of hand to protect multi-billion pound state-controlled rackets like on the spot fines (illegal under the Bill of Rights) or unacceptable assaults on our constitutional rights such as restrictions to the right of trial by jury (illegal under Magna Carta) or internment (illegal under the Habeas Corpus Act).
We already have all the rights we need and any attempt to supersede these fundamental rights and freedoms with a modern bill of rights and responsibilities would put a heavy emphasis on responsibilities at the expense of some carefully worded and heavily caveated rights that would legitimise the illegal deprivation of our rights and freedoms perpetrated by successive British governments.
I am conducting a survey to see what people want to replace think tanks with. Since the criminal political class seem to use them as a cover for their own devious plotting, and then define it as “democracy”. My proposal is that we scrap all political parties and their dubious agents or “think tanks”, and scrap parliaments since they are a legal fiction, and then public associations can make a petition to the whole population who decide on matters by direct democracy.
We will soon find out how “democratic” these think tanks are, especially the creepy Fabian Society,when the people of this country wake up to their right to national direct democracy. My first petition to the national community will be to have the Fabian Society tried for war crimes and treason, with capital punishment. A common law trial will then persue since we are not a backward people like those who use the corrupt tyrannical Roman law system so admired by some left wing tyrants.
But there again lets try the Fabians as they would try us, make them guilty until proven innocent, dont give them a right to be heard, do not allow anyone to represent them in court, put them before an administrative court without a jury, first making sure the judge is corrupt in favour of the accuser. Lets see how these dumb arse “think tanks” want to change the Magna Carta then.

The Fabians, the Masons and the Bilderbergers are all the same cheeks of the Satanic backside which has run our country for generations. The Satanic agenda is to overcome all countries and establish themselves as a world government, this is known as the “Common purpose”. There are numerous organisations who are assisting the “common purpose”, the Fabians are but one, but they are one of the oldest. You have no choice but to aid and abet the Fabians since they control all socialism in England and other parts of the world. Their aims are Satanic, destroying countries, destroying families, destroying Christianity, advocating homosexuality, establishing a world government to enslave humanity, aiding terrorism.
In 1892 the Fabian Herbert Mills set up a commune in Cumberland. The people who joined became effectively prisoners and described it as “an outdoor work house conducted on more arbitrary lines than any known to Bumbledom”. The commune broke down and the “Clarion” a socialist paper began to warn people not to “sell themselves in to slavery”. When the Fabians have full global influence they intend to again operate draconian slavery. I can only warn you Stan of their ultimate desire, they are evil, either take the warnings, or take the consequences.

I’m skeptical about everything I read, let alone a website that just about everyone can edit.
I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but there aren’t a whole lot of socialist countries in the world. There’s masses of right-wing ones, tonnes of religiously fundamentalist ones of all flavours and a few who are run as businesses by corporations but the socialist ones are incredibly rare. If the Fabians are a force for socialist evil, they aren’t any good at it.
I’ve visited 2 communes, one in London and one in Wales and both have been running successfully since the early-mid 70’s. Neither have plans for any fabian death squads.

I know it’s hard for you to believe what I am saying but things are very different from what they seem. For example the communist revolution in Russia was actually financed by very wealthy banks based in the USA. The agenda was never meant to be social justice, but there is ultimately a religious objective, and it’s not Christian.
