Of course, the reality is much worse than even these figures suggest. Money is vacuumed out of the English wallet and spirited away by many methods. My back of envelope guesstimate is that of the taxes raised in England around £50,000,000,000 per annum is NOT spent in England. As your table indicates, the Scots get a big chunk but a vast amount leaks away via the EU Tyranny and so forth. Some of the recipients are blood boilingly repulsive and include terrorist organisations.
