Portsmouth betrayal should be a rallying call for English independence

The British government is closing Portsmouth’s shipyard to protect jobs at the Clyde shipyards in Glasgow in a transparently political move to placate the Scots ahead of their independence referendum.

Portsmouth shipyard workers betrayed by the British

Just look at these comments from some of the English workers the Brits are sacrificing to protect Scottish jobs:

It’s definitely a political decision. All to do with Scotland and Scottish independence; it’s disgusting. They don’t care about us.

This is simply pandering to the Scottish government before the independence referendum next year.

Even the MP for Portsmouth is unhappy:

It’s a massive and grave error on the part of the government to put more shipbuilding in Scotland. It’s political. It always has been.

And then there’s the comments section in the Express …

Disgusted that our weak government is letting this happen – to shut Portsmouth and give new contracts to a Scottish port is despicable.

What a disgrace, blatant politically inspired bribery for the jocks…well what if they say YES to independence anyway…I do hope they do vote to leave and let the politicos explain why we are buying ships off a foreign country?

i hear that its portsmouth yard that will close rather than the scottish ones..i wonder why that is. is there a referendum coming up

Even some Guardian readers are having a pop …

Scottish jobs saved at the expense of English workers.

Portsmouth is being sacrificed for saving Scotland ahead of a referendum

A thousand workers in Portsmouth thrown on the scrapheap just so project fear can keep making a spurious point about the “benefits of the union”. Playing politics with peoples lives yet again.

Helps the campaign to keep Scotland in the UK I suppose…

Then there’s the Telegraph …

Why give it to the Scots? Are their unemployed more deserving. Sadly, they are never going to vote for independence so shafting the ENglish YET AGAIN is horrific.

This is little short of treason by Cameron to the English in a futile political sop to the Scottish. If he had any balls at all he would preserve the English yards, scrap the Scottish yards and state that the decision would be reviewed after the Scottish referendum on independence.

Why are they trying to buy Scottish votes, the Glasgow yards are hotbeds of socialism and militants, they should take the hits and not the English yard, kill two birds with one stone.

Short term daftness to rely on warship building in a country that is not committed to the UK. This has Cameron McFudge written all over it. The lads in Portsmouth should have been supported, not the would-be defectors in Govan. Salmond will be laughing yet again.

A disgusting sop to the Scots nationalists. What ought to have been brought home to them is that even the threat of independence costs Scots jobs. As if a separate UK government would ever build ships in a foreign Scotland . . . Should it ever happen Portsmouth will need rebuilding from scratch. I’m a Conservative Party member but if there was an election tomorrow I wouldn’t vote for them. They’ve just sold England down the river for short-term and disguided political reasons!

If this isn’t a political decision, I don’t know what is. But in the unlikely event of Scotland voting for independence next year, I trust that this decision will be reversed in double quick time.

The sacked workers in Portsmouth know they’re being sacrificed by the Brits to keep the Scots happy, politicians know the workers in Portsmouth are being sacrificed by the Brits to keep the Scots happy and the general public know the workers in Portsmouth are being sacrificed by the Brits to keep the Scots happy. There is no price the British won’t pay to keep the Scots in the union as long as it’s the English that are paying.

I used to think there was a place for England in a reformed British union but it’s pretty clear that England will never be important to the Brits. It’s time for English independence.

British government gives 11% of English EU funding to Scotland, Wales & NI

When David Cameron secured his “historic” reduction of the increase in the EU budget it was on the condition that the UK ended up paying more whilst everyone else’s bill went down.

Thief

One of the mechanisms for making us pay more was a reduction in the amount of our money the EU gives us back as structural funding.  Predictably, the British government has found a way to make England feel a disproportionate amount of the pain of the increased membership costs of being in the EU by skimming 11% off the money allocated in the EU budget to England and sharing it out between Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to cushion them from the effects of the reduced structural funding.  As the only net contributor to the British Treasury, England is already responsible for paying a disproportionate amount of the cost of being in the EU making it doubly unfair for the hard working English taxpayer.

The Local Government Association have criticised the plans to deprive England of desperately needed structural funding and have predictably called for “devolution” of power and funding to local authorities.  The LGA is just one of the organisations that respond to the discrimination against the English with calls for the balkanisation of England and local government reorganisation as a weak and ineffectual English equivalent to the Scottish Parliament and Welsh and Northern Irish Assemblies.

This is yet more proof that the English just can’t trust the British to protect their interests or even just treat them fairly.  We need an English Parliament now more than ever.

Lord Adonis proposes regional government in England again

Unelected Labour peer, Lord Adonis, is spearheading yet another campaign for the destruction of England by regionalisation.

Lord Adonis

78% of people don’t want regional government you say? I honestly don’t give a shit.

The Labour Party always refer to the deceitful referendum on the common market held in 1975, which nobody currently under the age of 56 was able to take part in, as giving legitimacy to our continued membership of the EU despite the majority of the population being opposed to it.  Yet the referendum on regional government held in the north east of England by his party just 8 and a half years ago which resulted in a 78% “no” vote can apparently be safely ignored.

Adonis is producing a report for Nick Clegg – another Deputy Prime Minister that wants to destroy England – on the economy of north east of England and wants regional governments in England with control over major budgets.  His vision is for a return of the unelected regional assemblies and regional development agencies that we’ve only just got rid of.  It’s a kick in the teeth for democracy and if he’s successful, another major broken promise from the British government.

Local authorities can work together perfectly well without an unaccountable, undemocratic regional quango taking powers and money away from elected representatives.  Local government is a devolved matter, the British government has no moral or democratic mandate to ride roughshod over our democratic wishes and dismantle our system of local government to suit their own political ambitions.  Labour is already behind a campaign for a regional parliament for the north of England and this renewed interest in “devolution” to regional quangos is a regionalist trojan horse.  The fact that it’s an unelected peer trying to dismantle our country makes it even more unacceptable.

British government stealing English money to redistribute to Scots and Welsh

The British government is planning to steal money out of “dormant” bank accounts in England to fund the Big Society Bank which will then distribute funds throughout the whole of the UK.

If you’re not sitting at your keyboard with a confused look on your face saying “what the fuck?” then read that first paragraph again.

English bank accounts are being emptied by the British government to fund “charity” not only in England but in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland even though their money isn’t being stolen and even though the “Big Society” only applies to England.

Frances Maud, the British Cabinet Office minister responsible for the legalised theft of English money, has called for the Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish governments to put money they intend to steal from bank accounts in their own countries into the British English Big Society Bank but the Scots and Welsh have already said they’re going to spend it their own way in their own countries.  So the Scots and Welsh (and probably the Northern Irish as well) will be getting a share of English money stolen from English bank accounts by the British government as well as the proceeds of the legalised theft of money from Scottish and Welsh bank accounts.

This is fucking lunacy.

£1.5bn extra for global warming but Warm Front runs out of money mid-winter

Warm Front, the British government’s quango to give “poor” people in England grants to pay for things like loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, central heating, etc., has run out of money and won’t be helping anyone else until April next year.

While people are at home freezing their wotsits off in the coldest winter in decades, our glorious leaders were in the tropical Mexican holiday resort of Cancún agreeing to give £1.5bn per year of our taxes to a global warming fund to give to other countries.  But we don’t have enough money to help people in England make home improvements that will help them keep their homes warm in temperatures as low as -22 degrees celsius.  The same people in England that can’t afford to heat their own homes but are still expected to be happy that their taxes are going up to pay for this global warming scam.

Ob-fucking-scene.  This isn’t just morally wrong, this is criminal negligence and a breach of human rights.  Vulnerable people will die here in England this winter from the cold because they can’t afford to heat their homes but the global warming crooks in the British government are giving £1.5bn per year extra to combat non-existent global warming.

But just to reassure you – as well as people living in 10,000 year old deserts getting money to deal with “global warming”, Warm Front only operates in England so it won’t affect our Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish neighbours who are served by quangos accountable to their own governments, well funded by English taxes.

Lest the BBC forget …

Yesterday, while the country was observing a 2 minute silence to remember our war dead, a group of muslim extremists calling themselves Muslims Against Crusades were burning poppies and shouting “British soldiers burn in hell”.

Muslims Against Crusades inciting hatredNot that you would have known this yesterday if you relied on the BBC News website for your news – until lunchtime today the story was censored by the BBC and it’s only been mentioned today because the BBC have been able to bury it in a story about the English Defence League.

Only one line in the middle of the story “EDL founder charged with Muslims poppy protest assault” – mentioned almost as an aside – is about the disgusting behaviour by Muslims Against Crusades yesterday.  The rest of the story is about six members of the English Defence League (including their leader) being arrested for affray after shouting abuse at the scum inciting hatred against our soldiers.  The fact that two Muslims Against Crusades scum were arrested is mentioned as an afterthought, almost as if it’s a vaguely related bit of information that doesn’t really matter.

The Muslims Against Crusades scum are entitled to their opinions and to voice those opinions provided that they don’t cause a public disorder when they’re doing it.  We still have some semblance of free speech in this country which is why they’re here in the first place rather than some disease-ridden, oppressive shithole muslim country.  But the EDL also have a right to their opinions and to voice their opinions and they’re also entitled to fair and unbiased reporting by the BBC but they certainly haven’t got it.

The BBC is legally obliged, under its charter, to be fair, honest and impartial.  They censored a front page news story because it was about muslims behaving like animals and then when they eventually reported on it a day later it wasn’t about their behaviour, it was about the EDL kicking off at them.  Not fair, not honest and not impartial.

Bugger the election, we need a purge

The political system is rotten to the core and the coming election isn’t going to provide the purge we need to put it right.

An investigation by the BBC has found 400 occasions where MPs have broken their own rules on declaring gifts of travel and hospitality.  Four hundred breaches by just 22 MPs, all of which were from the LibLabCon.

Three Liebour MPs have been suspended today for offering to take bribes from lobbing firms – it might have been more but the Channel 4 Dispatches investigator was rumbled at least once.

All this a couple of weeks after 3 MPs and a Lord appeared in court on a charge of false accounting relating to their fraudulent expenses.

The whole rotten lot are corrupt beyond redemption.  They hold the entire population – 60 million people – in contempt.

Stephen Byers thinks that referring himself to the parliamentary authorities makes everything fine.  It doesn’t.  He offered to take a bribe.  He bragged about taking bribes in the past.  He likened himself to a taxi for hire for fuck’s sake.  If he wasn’t an MP he’d be in a cell now waiting for a bail hearing – bribery is a common law and criminal offence, the first act of parliament criminalising bribery dating back to the 14th Century.  Byers is a crook, no better than a petty thief and should be treated as such.

The election is weeks away and what change will it bring?  A probable rotation of Prime Minister from one faction of the LibLabCon to another but ultimately more of the same.  More corrupt politicians.  More tired politics.  More sleaze.

Vote for change?  Nothing’s going to change.  A future fair for all?  Where’s the fairness in a corrupt political system that allows the people entrusted with the fate of 60 million people to lie, cheat and steal with impunity?

It is high time for me to put an end to your sitting in this place, which you have dishonoured by your contempt of all virtue, and defiled by your practice of every vice; ye are a factious crew, and enemies to all good government; ye are a pack of mercenary wretches, and would like Esau sell your country for a mess of pottage, and like Judas betray your God for a few pieces of money.

“Is there a single virtue now remaining amongst you? Is there one vice you do not possess? Ye have no more religion than my horse; gold is your God; which of you have not barter’d your conscience for bribes? Is there a man amongst you that has the least care for the good of the Commonwealth?

“Ye sordid prostitutes, have you not defil’d this sacred place, and turn’d the Lord’s temple into a den of thieves by your immoral principles and wicked practices? Ye are grown intolerably odious to the whole nation; you were deputed here by the people to get grievances redress’d; your country therefore calls upon me to cleanse the Augean Stable, by putting a final period to your iniquitous proceedings, and which by God’s help and the strength He has given me, I now come to do.

“I command ye, therefore, upon the peril of your lives, to depart immediately out of this place! Take away that shining bauble there, and lock up the doors. You have sat here too long for the good you do. In the name of God, go!

Oliver Cromwell

An election isn’t going to fix politics, nor is a shuffling of the deckchairs.  We need another Cromwell, just without the God thing.

Fuck you Jack Straw

Female prisoners are very different to male prisoners, and while there is a consensus that we need to be tougher on male offenders there is also a broad consensus that where possible we should punish and reform females in the community and not in prisons.

Jack Straw

What the fucking fuck?  No, seriously, what in the name of all that is fucking holy is that fucking idiot saying?  Women shouldn’t go to prison but men should, just because they’re women?  Unbe-fucking-lievable.

Is it a coincidence that the Equality Bill was passed today making discrimination against white men legal?  Is it bollocks.  Why must we endure this constant fucking battle just to be treated fairly?  Why do these people think it’s ok to treat white men like shit?

Well I’ve got a message for you Jack Straw you fucking fascist.  Fuck you.  Fuck your government and fuck your fucking illiberal, fascist fucking agenda.  I swear to god, if I ever see you in the street I’ll fucking spit on your shoes you fucking twisted, fascist bastard and if that’s all you get you’ll be fucking lucky.  There’s a special lampost reserved just for you outside parliament because come the revolution comrade, you will be the first one swinging.

Camoron breaks his referendum promise

Conservative Home has confirmed what we’ve been saying along – the Tories will not hold the referendum they promised on the Lisbon Treaty/EU Constitution.

Tim Montgomerie has tried to spin David Camoron‘s treachery claiming that the last line of his cast-iron guarantee to hold a referendum means that no promise is being broken:

No treaty should be ratified without consulting the British people in a referendum

Montgomerie emphasises the word “ratified” because that is apparently the reason why promising a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty/EU Constitution isn’t really a promise to hold a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty/EU Constitution. It means that the bit before …

Today, I will give this cast-iron guarantee: If I become PM a Conservative government will hold a referendum on any EU treaty that emerges from these negotiations.

… isn’t a “cast-iron guarantee” to hold a referendum on the EU treaty that emerged from the negotiations – namely the Lisbon Treaty.

Montgomerie then goes on to say that David Camoron, having lied to his party, the Sun and the electorate by saying that he will hold a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty/EU Constitution when he has no intention of doing so, “deserves the continuing support of eurosceptics”. On what basis?

The next Conservative government will seek a “manifesto mandate” for renegotiation

And this shows how findamentally dishonest David Camoron, the Tories and Conservative Home are. When the Lisbon Treaty/EU Constitution comes into force it is not possible to renegotiate our relationship with the European Empire.

The British government will not be able to repatriate powers from the European Empire without the unanimous agreement of every member state.

The Lisbon Treaty/EU Constitution introduces qualified majority voting – where we no longer have a veto – for a huge amount of policy areas.

The Lisbon Treaty/EU Constitution is not a menu from which we can pick and choose the least damaging and costly clauses – it replaces the Treaty of Rome, the treaty that established the EEC (now the EU). It would be like Puerto Rico joining the United States and picking only half od the US constitution.

The only way to renegotiate our relationship with the European Empire is to leave.

But even if David “I don’t agree Britain would be better off by leaving the European Union” Camoron was forced into holding a referendum on leaving the European Empire it would still require the unanimous agreement of all member states before we could leave following a two year “cooling off period”.

In August 2007, David Camoron told the Shropshire Star:

I don’t agree Britain would be better off by leaving the European Union. Instead, we need to work within the EU to fight for change but on the question of referendums, I do want to see one on the EU Treaty because that’s what everyone was promised. The Conservative Party is campaigning very hard on just this. Other European leaders say the latest EU Treaty is a return of the constitution in all but name so whether or not he keeps the promise to hold the referendum is a real test for Gordon Brown. It will show whether he means what he says when he talks about restoring trust in government, and involving people more in decisions.

Hoisted by his own petard. David Camoron promised a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty/EU Constiution and he has renaged on that promise. This was a real test for the man widely expected to be prime minister next year and he failed. In his own words, it shows that he doesn’t mean what he says about restoring trust in government and involving people more in decisions.

David Camoron is a fundamentally dishonest man, as is the Conservative and European Unionist party he leads. The vast majority of the Tory membership is opposed to the Lisbon treaty/EU Constitution, they are opposed to the European Empire and the wholesale transfer of our sovereignty to unelected eurocrats on the continent but they have been betrayed by their leader and his euofederalist colleagues.

But don’t have too much sympathy for the eurosceptic Tories who have lost their party to eurofederalist traitors – they have allowed it to happen and they allow it continue happening by continuing to support the party that has betrayed them. And people like Tim Montgomerie – collaborators with, and apologists for, the eurofederalist leadership – deserve no sympathy at all for losing the party they have worked so hard for. They sense that power is within their grasp and even though their party no longer represents their views, they will happily put their principles to one side and betray their country to be part of it.

If the Conservative Party no longer represents your views (how could it?) then you have two options. You can either continue to support and vote for the Tories and allow yourself to be part of David Camoron‘s eurofederalist mandate or you can vote for a party that does represent your views, one that will withdraw this once great nation from the European Empire. That party is, of course, UKIP.

Don’t let yourself be conned into believing that you have to vote Conservative to stop Liebour or the Lib Dims from getting into power – why vote for someone you don’t want to keep out someone else you don’t want? Lesser of two evils? Don’t make me laugh – there’s barely a cigarette paper between Liebour and the Tories. David Camoron will never renegotiate our relationship with his beloved European Empire, the Tory policy of “reform from within” is a falacy.

Vote Conservative, get Brussels. Vote UKIP, get our country back.

Another half a million will be in fuel poverty in 12 months time

El Gordo wants to set up a £60bn climate change fund to help poor countries come up with bullshit ways to deal with climate change.

Meanwhile, BBC News is reporting this morning (on the TV but not on the website for some reason) that an extra half a million families could be forced into fuel poverty because electricity companies are being forced to spend billions on expensive, inefficient and unreliable windmills instead of cheap, reliable power stations to hit bullshit government targets.

This is just getting beyond a fucking joke.  Climate change has been happening for millions of years and it will continues to happen for millions of fucking years.  There is no proof – not one single piece of evidence that stands up to the briefest of scrutiny – that the climate is being changed by human activity in any significant or detrimental way.

Windmills and solar panels can’t even come close to producing enough electricity to meet demand.  Relying on “renewable” energy will turn electricity into a luxury that only the ruling classes can afford which will, of course, solve the problem of electricity rationing which we will be seeing in the next few years.

And to rub salt into the wound, we’re going to be contributing our “fair share” of a £60bn fund so that corrupt third world despots can come up with similar bullshit claimte change policies while an extra half a million people are expected to be spending 10% of their income on gas and electricity in the next 12 months.

Where on earth can I get away from this fucking bullshit?  I swear to god, much more of this and I’m going to go postal in Westminster Palace.

Judge abolishes constitutional right to jury trial

The Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales has ruled that a trial can take place without a jury for the first time.

The trial in question is for an armed robbery at Heathrow Airport which will be heard for a fourth time because of alleged jury tampering.  It was because of the jury tampering that Lord Judge ruled the trial can be held without a jury.

Whilst it is important for the defendents to be tried for their alleged crimes, to do so without a jury is unconstitutional.  If the defendents are interfering with the jury and their trials are being abandoned then they will simply spend longer in prison until a fair trial can be held.

This ruling sets a dangerous precedent.  How long will it be before the British government uses this ruling in “terrorism” cases?  They already have people under house arrest or subject to curfew and tagging orders after they’ve been found innocent by a jury on the orders of the Home Secretary, how long will it be before the constitutional right to a trial by jury is swept aside and kangaroo courts are set up with secret trials?

There is a reason why we have jury trials and open courts.  The jury consists of laymen who consider the evidence and give their opinion on whether they think the evidence is good enough for a reasonable person to believe the accused has done what they’re accused of and whether it is wrong while open courts allow members of the public to see that justice is being done and that nobody is being deprived of their liberty or otherwise pubished without just cause.

Thieving Bastard MP gets reward for corruption

My thieving bastard MP, David Wright, has been rewarded for taking a £17k bribe from a property developer with a job as a junior minister in DEFRA and DCLG in No Mandate Brown’s new cabinet of all the talentless on the same day that El Gordo announced tough punishments for MPs that have been doing naughty things.  Obviously bribery and corruption are worthy of promotion, not punishment, under the new regime.

I tried to report my thieving bastard MP to the police for the bribe.  He lived in Dolphin Square when it was owned by Westminster Council and the taxpayer paid a low rent.  Westminster Council sold the block of flats to a property developer who offered every tennant – including my thieving bastard MP – almost £17k in compensation for signing a new tenancy agreement with a higher rent.  As he didn’t have to pay the higher rent himself, he signed the tenancy agreements and took the £17k “compensation”.  A few months later he moved out because the rent wasn’t good value for money for the taxpayer.  It wasn’t good value for the taxpayer before he took the £17k bung but he stayed on anyway until after he’d had the money.  On balance of probability there is no plausible explanation for staying in the flat other than the £17k compensation and that makes it a bribe.

Unfortunately, the police are proving to be very difficult over this.  I went to the local police and all they would do was log it as information, not as a crime.  They referred me to the Met who refused to log my report and variously told me they weren’t investigating individual MPs, that I would have to go into a Met police station, referred me to New Scotland Yard who told me that it was outside of police jurisdiction because he was an MP (!) and referred me to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards.

I emailed the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards who were very helpful but said they couldn’t launch a criminal investigation and told me to report it to the police.  That day the local paper reported that the CPS in London said it was unlikely they would be making any prosecutions.
This is one of the blatant and obvious cases of criminality that have come out of the Telegraph’s expenses blitz yet despite every citizen having an obligation to report crimes that have been committed, I find it is impossible to report my thieving bastard MP for accepting a bribe.  I’ll be talking to the local CPS today to try and find a way of getting a police investigation into David Wright’s criminal activities but the way it’s looking, it might take him to sue me (or rather, the publisher of this blog) for libel before the evidence of his corruption gets in front of a judge.

David Wright: Thieving Bastard Politician

I’ve been patiently waiting for the Daily Telegraph to get round to my MP, David Wright.  I was confident he’d be getting a mention based on the fact that he’s usually the local rent-a-quote for the Shropshire Star but we’ve not heard a peak from him since the expenses fraud stories started.

So what has my thieving bastard of an MP been up to?  Well, he rented an apartment in London in an apartment block called Dolphin Square.  The block was bought from Westminster Council by a property developer who paid every tenant £16,787 to change their tenancy agreements.  So, bearing in mind that the taxpayer had been paying the rent for his apartment, where did this money go?  In the thieving bastard’s pocket of course.

Only a day or two ago he posted a “news” piece on his website about expenses in which he was very careful not to criticise anyone, not even “the system” which most of his colleagues tell us is at fault.  He even tried to divert attention from the expenses fraud stories, saying it’s detracting from the work they’re doing to get us out of the recession:

I am conscious that every day the newspapers are dominated by stories about MPs’ allowances. Each day this happens we lose a day when we could be talking about the work we are doing to help people with their jobs, their homes and their family. That is what I want to focus on in the coming months.

Another quality speech from David Wright, almost word for word what the grown ups have been saying.  How many times have you heard El Gordo or Harriet Harperson or countless other Liebour ministers say almost those same words?  David Wright always has been and always will be a low grade Liebour Party mouthpiece, right up until the next election when he loses his seat.

Back in January I wrote to David Wright and asked him not to support the Liebour government’s attempts to exclude MP expenses from the Freedom of Information Act following a High Court ruling last year that they had to be released.  He replied saying he supported making his expenses secret and instead breaking down the headline figures that were already available into different categories.  I sent him an email back which he didn’t bother replying to.  The last line of my email was:

I would strongly urge you to reconsider your support for this assault on democracy and accountability.  Or is your desire to hide your expenses, perhaps, because you have something to hide?

I wonder why he didn’t reply?  Could it be because he had something to hide?

And while we’re talking about his expenses, the previous “news” item on his website says:

The House of Commons Communications Allowance rules require that no news stories are added to this website during the 28-day ‘closed period’ before the European Elections and County Council Elections in England on 4th June.

So even when he’s talking about misuse of MPs expenses, he’s still fiddling the expenses system.

According to the “news” section of his website – the “news” section he’s not allowed to update because it’s against expenses rules – he’s holding a couple of surgery’s on Friday.  I might pay him a visit and see why he thinks he should have pocketed nearly 17 grand for changing a tenancy agreement for an apartment that the taxpayer has been paying for.

Who’s the Daddy?

A committee of MPs has produced a report saying that the British government get more involved in the parenting of “disadvantaged” children.

The report is looking at disadvantaged children in social care but the term “disadvantaged” has plenty of scope for expansion into other areas – children with learning difficulties, children with behavioural problems, children from poor families.  Anyone familiar with George Orwell’s 1984 will see yet another parallel between the Orwellian society in 1984 and England under Liebour where children are indoctrinated with propaganda and end up shopping their parents to Big Brother for thought crimes.  The British government’s current healthy eating propaganda programme (in England only and which fails to promote a healthy, balanced diet) provides materials to primary schools telling children to challenge their parents if they prepare a meal that the British government has deemed to be unhealthy.
Far from taking a more active role in parenting, the British government needs to poke its nose out of our private lives and get on with what it’s actually there for – to make sure we’re safe and to provide essential services.  We don’t need to be told how to live our lives, what to eat, what to drink, what to think.  We need the state to basically just fuck off and die and leave us to live our lives.

Thieving Bastard Politicians

For once the lying, crooked, thieving bastard politicians in the Liebour Party have been eclipsed by an even bigger bunch of lying, crooked, thieving bastard politicians.  Unbelievable, I know, but true.

Sinn Féin’s 5 MPs have claimed £21k each for the last 4 years – a total of over £400k – in second home allowances for flats in London even though the thieving bastard terrorists refuse to take their seats in Westminster because they won’t pledge their alleigence to the Queen.

There’s only one way to stop these lying thieving bastard politicians from being such lying thieving bastards and it involves a good length of rope and a lampost.

One rule for politicians, one for the rest of us

A policeman from Newcastle has been convicted of causing death by dangerous driving after hitting a 16 year old girl who walked into the road in front of him.

The policeman was doing 94mph in a 30mph limit without his blue lights and sirens, hence the dangerous driving charge, but he was on duty and accelerating to catch up with a car that had been flagged up on his ANPR.

PC John Dougal has been remanded until the 1st of May when he will be sentenced and the judge has already told him that he’ll be going to prison.

While it was a serious error – and evidently a criminal error – to not use his lights and siren, he was a qualified advanced police driver and the girl stepped into the road in front of him.  Contrast this case with the unqualified, non-advanced driver, Lord Ahmed, who ran over and killed Martyn Gombar whilst texting from his mobile phone at 70mph – Lord Ahmed was given a 12 week sentence and served only 6 weeks.

Will PC Dougal be back home halfway through June?  Will he bollocks.  There’s one rule for politicians and one rule for the rest of us.  PC Dougal will be made an example and locked up for a couple of years while Lord Ahmed walks free after committing the same crime under far worse circumstances because he’s a Liebour politician.  Ahmed even went on to threaten a terrorist attack on the House of Commons and still he’s not behind bars.

An inexcusable insult

In the last century, millions of men and women gave up their lives to protect King, Queen and country.

Nearly a million “British” people died in World War 1 and nearly half a million in World War 2.  Whatever your views on war, these people should be remembered and buying and wearing a poppy in the run-up to Remembrance Sunday is the way that millions of people in this country do that.  The money raised in selling the poppies goes to the Royal British Legion which does a half decent job of getting the money to people who need it.

Millions of people have died in defence of this country and this is an insult.  Staff at Buckingham Palace warned not to wear poppies at state banquets in case they offend foreign ambassadors and even being threatened with the sack if they do – that is an inexcusable insult and the idiots at the Foreign Office who decided it was more important to make sure the German ambassador didn’t feel uncomfortable while he was eating his dinner than it is to remember the millions of people who’ve given their lives in defence of this country should be sent to a military field hospital in Afghanistan or Iraq where they can explain to the wounded soliders why palace staff shouldn’t wear poppies.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely

Public bodies used “anti-terrorism” laws to make over half a million requests for information like phone and internet records last year.

In 2006 only 350,000 requests for information were made by public bodies, in 2007 that had risen to 519,000.

The legislation that lets public bodies such as local councils get this information and carry out surveillence is the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) which was brought in to help tackle serious and organised crime and terrorism.  Since then it has predictably degenerated into a free for all with councils using it to mount surveillence operations on people suspected of not picking up dog shit and parents they suspect of lying about being in a school catchment area.

And while all this happens we are told to trust the state with these powers.  We are told that we don’t need to worry that the British government now has the power to detain somebody for a month and a half without charge on suspicion of terrorist offences because it’ll only be used in extreme circumstances and only for real terrorist offences, not the multitude of offences under the Terrorism Act that aren’t terrorism but are covered by the internment law.

We are told not to worry about having more CCTV than any other country in the world because it’s just for our protection, to keep our streets safe.  But CCTV is now being used to prosecute motorists for parking offences without anyone having to put a ticket on the vehicle and potentially weeks after the alleged offence has occured when the driver will have forgotten what the circumstances were.

The police routinely collect fingerprints and DNA samples of everyone they interview and keep those details forever.  The law had to be changed to allow them to do this because they illegally kept details for hundreds of thousands of innocent people that they had obtained under a law that required them to remove the details if the subject was innocent.

We are all to be required to submit our biometric data – fingerprints, iris scans, DNA – to a centralised database so that the British government can use ID cards to track our movements.  Don’t worry about the fact that fingerprints and iris scans can be falsified very easily if you wanted to put in the effort or that you can buy card readers off the internet now that will read an ID card.  Don’t worry about the fact that you can buy a card reader off eBay that will read the contents of the ID chip on a passport from inside a sealed envelope.

Just how fucking stupid do you have to be to believe that all this is for our own good, for our protection?  What kind of a retard genuinely believes that every new law that infringes civil liberties won’t be abused from the day it becomes law?

We are the most illiberal, spied-on state on the planet yet we let the power-mad despots running the country pass more and more of these laws.  We can’t even go to London and protest about it any more because the police will shove cameras in our faces and arrest us for terrorist offences!

Liebour coward criticises David Davis

Tony McNulty, the Liebour Home Office minister who helped bully and bribe the recent “anti-terrorism” legislation through the British Parliament, has criticised David Davis for resigning and forcing a by-election to give the electorate their only chance to have a vote on the abolition of civil liberties.

McNulty says that David Davis should have made his arguments in Parliament instead of allowing voters to have a say.  He went on to say “It does not need David Davis to give the country permission to have a debate on the issues”.  No, so whose permission do we need?  David Davis and many other MPs made arguments against the legislation in the British Parliament but Liebour bullied their own MPs and bribed others into backing their illiberal constitutional abortion.  The country certainly hasn’t been allowed a debate on the issues – we’ve been dictated to by power-mad facists desperate to abolish civil liberties and human rights to secure their Orwellian dictatorship.

McNulty says that while No Mandate Brown can be likened the dashing romantic hero of sorts, Heathcliffe from Wuthering Heights, David Davis is more like Homer Simpson.  I don’t have a particularly high opinion of David Davis after his shameful abandonment his principles for political gain – just like so many Liebour politicians have done over “anti-terrorism” measures – but Home Simpson?  Actually, that might not be quite the insult McNulty intended.  Homer Simpson always ends up doing the right thing after all.

On the Simpsons theme, who would you compare the Liebour cabinet to?  El Gordo would have to be Mr Burns of course, the despotic old man whose brain is on another planet.  Harriet Harperson would have to be Mrs Krabappel, the deperate old trout and what about McNulty?  Nelson Muntz perhaps?

Stuart Wheeler loses court case

Stuart Wheeler has lost his court case to stop the ratification of the EU not-a-constitution.

Sadly (but not surprisingly) the judge ruled that the British govenment was perfectly entitled to lie in its manifesto and that the contract it makes with the electorate in the run-up to an election isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.

The result was expected but there was always that little glimmer of hope that the judge would rule that it is wrong for te British government to lie, that changing the way the EU constitution implements its changes and giving it a new name doesn’t make it a different thing entirely, that they were acting unlawfully when they debated and voted on a bill that was sub-judice and that Gordon Brown showed such contempt in attempting to ratify the EU not-a-constitution before he’d made his judgement that he needed bringing down a peg or two.

Sadly, this is not the case and the judiciary have once again failed to protect us from the treasonous politicians that pass for a government.
