We are not amused

! This post hasn't been updated in over a year. A lot can change in a year including my opinion and the amount of naughty words I use. There's a good chance that there's something in what's written below that someone will find objectionable. That's fine, if I tried to please everybody all of the time then I'd be a Lib Dem (remember them?) and I'm certainly not one of those. The point is, I'm not the kind of person to try and alter history in case I said something in the past that someone can use against me in the future but just remember that the person I was then isn't the person I am now nor the person I'll be in a year's time.

King Cameron of Leftytown is expected to sack his Europe spokesman for the unthinkable crime of criticising the party over it’s latest lefty socialist policy – abolishing grammar schools.

Graham Brady produced statistics showing that selection at the age of 11 improved GCSE pass rates amongst all sections of society, especially amongst ethnic minorities.  Grammar Schools are generally the preserve of the middle classes and in Camerons Conservative Party nobody is allowed to draw attention to the fact that King Cameron himself and most of his cabinet are public school boys.

Liebour have done their level best to destroy the education system in England with a system that strives to bring every child up or down to an average – no underachievers, no overachievers, just average children with an average education and no desire whatsoever to achieve anything in life.

Selective education works, it’s worked for years and if politicians would just leave it be it would continue to work for many years to come.  Do we really want an entire generation of children given the same type of education that produced John Prescott?

Cameron shot himself in the foot and gave the odious Labour regime a stick to beat him with at the same time! Prescott and Bliar both goaded him about it, they had been on the defensive after their local elections hammering,
it was a major setback in the cause of winning over the electorate and getting rid of that unspeakable regime.
however, Labours incompetent shenanigans have regained the limelight…until call me dave’s next howler.(racialising the education debate seems like quicksand as well)
I was initially impressed with the smart well spoken Cameron but doubts are there now

I believe that selective education i.e grammar schools work for all levels of educational abilities, as the brightest can push themselves to even better heights, those in the middle can push themselves to better than what they could achieve as they all have realistic targets and the lowest will have the same abilities around them forcing them to achieve better than they could otherwise.

Camoron thinks he’s a sweaty sock, he couldn’t give a shite about England!

My eldest is on the gifted and talented register at primary school and he’s a couple of years ahead of himself. They send him up to the next years classes for maths and English and they push him as much as they can. However, when it comes to secondary education we’ve got the choice between a couple of average shcools nearby or two top performing schools, one of which is about 3 or 4 miles away and the other about 6 or 7 miles away but under a different council. It’s going to be tricky, especially when the one that comes under our local authority takes 1/3 of its intake from Wolverhampton which is half an hours drive away.
