How many technicians does it take to provide a service?

! This post hasn't been updated in over a year. A lot can change in a year including my opinion and the amount of naughty words I use. There's a good chance that there's something in what's written below that someone will find objectionable. That's fine, if I tried to please everybody all of the time then I'd be a Lib Dem (remember them?) and I'm certainly not one of those. The point is, I'm not the kind of person to try and alter history in case I said something in the past that someone can use against me in the future but just remember that the person I was then isn't the person I am now nor the person I'll be in a year's time.

Nope, it’s not a joke – Eveshambles now have 8 first-line technicians working on repairs when they had 200 prior to going into administration.

I guess Evesham Mk2 won’t be getting an award for customer service from PC Pro again this year.

My colleague’s Evesham laptop has now been with Eveshambles for 2 weeks and it still hasn’t been sent for repair.

So I take it you will not be recomending them to anyone?

I had my laptop back on Friday 7th Sept and they reported it back with No Fault Found. The laptop worked all weekend but on Monday morning the keyboard stopped working again !!! Apparently all laptops are attempting to be repaired on site at Evesham instead of using “Mitac” (The Manufacturer) which doesn’t exactly fill me with great confidence as it took them over two weeks to switch it on and say NFF how long will it take to actually attempt repair????? Visions of a Slow-ped with a soldering iron in his hand anyone????
    I’ll keep you posted….
