   The Regions don’t have a capital do they? (apart from the ‘R’ that is). It’s well known that ‘the Regions’ are not important enough to have a capital of our own – probably because we’re too immature, too flibberty-gibberty to handle the onerous task of having our very own capital city – That-there London is capital of the You Kay – and if Blair, Brown and Livingstone get their way then London will become capital of the whole wide world…..

   I reckon we could (as long as our beloved leader agrees, obviously) hold a competition for a new Regions capital town. My vote goes to Wigan.

   And you’ve got N/A for the post of Regions First Minister – isn’t Chairman Brown our beloved First Minister?

   Clarification: The English and particularly the CEP do not dislike the Scots, Welsh or Northern Irish — our truck is with those (who include English MPs) who are opposed to genuine democracy.

   Stuart’s joke here in no way suggests a dislike of the Scots (except English-hatnig Andrew Murray, everyone who supports him and the manufacturers of his sweat band, obviously).

   Alfie, Chairman Brown (aka the One Eyed Wonder of Wankistan) isn’t First Minister of the Regions, he’s Lord Protector of the People’s Undemocratic Republic of New Britain.
